The NZCOM midwifery standards review report |

This report is preset around the requirements of the New Zealand College of Midwives Midwifery Standards Review process.
Midwives with their own home based version of the MMPO Maternity Practice Management System can produce this report at any time.
Those who send claim forms to the MMPO for entry into the MMPO Maternity Practice Management System need to order their report via:

Individual aggregated midwifery activities and outcomes report |
|
These reports relate to 4 different groups of aggregated data.
The reports include:
- Antenatal statistics
- Labour and birth statistics
- Babies and birth statistics
- Postnatal statistics
Midwives with their own home based version of the MMPO Maternity Practice Management System can produce these reports at any time.

Practice (collective) aggregated midwifery activities and outcomes report

Same format as above, however, each midwife needs to agree to have their data included in the collective report.
